Goal of this module:

At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to produce a winning brand as well as learn how to manage and develop marketing activities, create an effective communication for launches and successful partnerships and generate customer loyalty. The trainee will leave with an annual calendar which will enable him/her to know how to develop and increase turnover year on year. He/she will be able to manage this on their own or understand how to delegate to a team around various projects to maximize the results.

3 days from 9.00 to 17.00 with 1 hr lunch. Business-casual dress code.

Follow up and evaluation

The trainee will be supervised by the trainer during the exercises and workshops. Tools will be put in place to monitor the progress of the training as well as the achievement of its objectives:

✓     A Questionnaire of Satisfaction completed by the trainee at the end of the training

✓     Certificate of completion at the end of the training

✓     Call for follow-up of Training within 3 weeks to assess understanding and implementation

✓     Supporting material will allow the trainee to write the key points and follow the flow of this module

  3. Verbal identity – communication for your target market

  4. Visual identity – Tools to create and design what you need

Afternoon: The aim of Marketing

  1. How to analyse the occupation rate to understand the marketing activities to create

  2. Understand the diary management to optimize all marketing activities

  3. How the marketing can affect each steps of the customer journey through a SWOT

    analysis

  4. Managing customer satisfaction and testimonials to increase new customer base

Day 2:

Morning: The strategy to attract New clients and generate loyalty

  1. Identification of customers

  2. Optimise the customer database

  3. Case Study

  4. Qualification of the database and utilization of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Afternoon: The art of communication

  1. 3 types of messages – informational, educational and promotional

  2. Focus on the digital communication

  3. The strength of video making

Day 3:

Morning: Marketing Activities

  1. Marketing activities to acquire new clients without devaluing your brand

  2. Marketing activities to retain existing clients without devaluing treatments costs

  3. Yield management – Definition and management of tools available

Afternoon: Your Marketing calendar

  1. Time management: how to organize yourself and make time for your marketing activities?

  2. Creation of a Yearly Marketing calendar

  3. How to delegate when possible

  4. Learn the follow ups necessary to run a successful campaign
