Over the past 10 years Sinéad has worked with some of the world's leading skincare brands where she has gained knowledge from all aspects of the business. Through sheer drive and determination, Sinéad quickly climbed the ladder in her career by becoming Head of treatment and development for a skincare company, International trainer, Spa manager and working in Spa operations which gave her the opportunity to be a part of a number of pre-openings for five star hotel spas.
Sinéad is now running a successful business where she divides her business into two very different aspects. Sinéad practices as an Intuitive Specialist where she visits various locations in London, Kent and in Ireland offering her unique Intuitive Healing. Sinéad combines different philosophies, various massage techniques, alternative therapies and energy healing that she has gained through years of study into her practices today in order to enhance a person's life.
Sinéad is also an Independent business advisor where she uses her expertise and expansive knowledge that she has gained over the past 10 years working in the Beauty Industry to create and design specific therapy treatments for major skincare brands, spas and individuals in the UK and on an international basis. After listening to your brand direction, mission statement and USP's, Sinéad will combine all of her experience to cater to your needs by assisting with various aspects of the business including:
* Market research and Forecasting of the treatment demand
* Developing and creating new concepts after listening to the clients brand direction, mission statement and USP’s
* Creating and developing signature beauty treatments to the clients brand
* Develop all in-depth training material including educational training manuals and treatment protocols
* Design a detailed, educational training matrix
* Development of all training material e.g. Consultation cards, all collateral, POS etc.
* Operational – creating brand standards and USP’s/ advise on marketing strategies
* Create and finalise a treatment pricing structure responding to consumers and brands needs that will ensure higher revenue/ return for your business
Clare Cockell is the Founder and CEO of The Reef beauty retreats in Kent, which launched with Maidstone in 2007 and Sevenoaks in 2011.
The Reef has grown into a well known brand in the industry; having won HABA Salon of the Year, repeatedly being one of Professional Beauty’s Most Inspiring salons in the UK and Ireland, recognised by Theo Paphitis as a winner of #SBS businesses, awarded the Phorest Customer Service award and Treatwell service award.

Tiphaine thrive in growing the managers and owners potential on both professional and personal level. She is extremely target driven and detailed in her approach.
Tiphaine has 10 years experience in retail brands like Shiseido, Calvin Klein, Hermes, Lift Argan and L'Occitane to name a few. She then furthered her career in the spa industry, having been a therapist and Head of Reception in Spa Nuxe Montorgueil.
She then became Spa Director and managed successfully one of the biggest spa in Paris: Spa Themae which generated a turnover of 1 million Euro.
Tiphaine is passionate, creative, informative and connected in what she delivers and currently working with some big names in the Spa and Salon industry in Paris.

Dr Imogen is very excited to be collaborating with Deflorge and Co to offer cosmetic facial aesthetic services.
